My Favorite Banana Bread Recipe

4-5 Ripe Bananas
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

In a medium mixing bowl, combine baking soda, salt and flour. 
Next, peel and mash the bananas. The less lumps, the better. Then add in the egg, vanilla, brown sugar and melted butter. Mix until creamy.
Add dry ingredients into the banana mixture. Mix well.
Pour into a greased glass loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
Allow your bread to cool before slicing.
